League and Knockout Competition Entry Form

•   Please select the competition you want to enter.  For the league, your team will be allocated to a division based on last year’s results. If you are new to the league, you will be entered in division 3. Please indicate the area of your home venue. This will then allow the league to be split into two sections.   

•   Enter your name and contact details. You must enter a valid email address or your entry will not be processed.

•   Optionally please also enter the names of the other members of your team. When entering results (via the results entry screen, you need only enter their player numbers as entered on this screen.  Please see enter results foe how this works.

•   If this is a club knockout competition, please enter the club name.  

•   Finally click on 'Submit’ button to send your competiton entry.

You will receive an email confirming your entry has been received.
